Many of our treatments can last for 30 minutes to over an hour at times, depending on the treatment you choose and the treatment area. As a result, you may have to relax at our clinic for a while. Hence, we always encourage our clients to dress in loose, comfortable clothes so that they can unwind, sit back, and enjoy the treatment process as much as possible.
Some of our procedures like spay tanning and sugaring hair removal require us to perform treatments on specific areas of your body. Ideally, you should wear loose-fitting dark clothes for such treatments to make it easier for you to dress afterwards (we don’t recommend sports bras when spray tanning).
We request all our clients to arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment. This is because once you arrive at our clinic, our staff will check you in, and they will help update your info if needed. Following this, you may have a consultation session with one of our experts to plan your treatment journey with us.
However, in case you are running late, we advise you to call/text us and inform us about the situation as soon as possible. Some days we are on limited staff these days and only able to accommodate our reserved appointments. We are glad to accommodate and hold your appointment slot for up to 15 minutes past your allotted time. If you are later than that, we will need to reschedule your appointment for a later date or try and accommodate you in the time left of your scheduled appointment.
Yes, we are happy to accommodate walk-in appointments at our beauty bar and spa. However, please note that we only allow walk-in appointments from Tuesday to Saturday. This is because Sundays and Mondays tend to be especially busy and crowded for us.
These days are reserved only for appointments. In order to ensure you receive timely service, we request you to always book your appointment with us in advance by selecting a time slot that is convenient to you. If you arrive for a walk-in session directly, you may need to wait for a while if our experts are busy tending to the needs of other clients.
